Great wee toon mostly furgot due to most buses going through Motherwell if u use public transport

Good place to live apart from P.D.Stirling are wanting to build an industrial estate between Bellshill and the M8 taking away precious green space for the locals. Also M& D's housing complex in the Crossgates area of Bellshill has a large rat infestation which is spreading to neighbouring houses and shops because they have dumped a large amount of rubbish in their complex.

Ppl are nice & it's got a park & ride for Glasgow. Really nice place.

Basic services. Ticket office not always manned as they might have more important jobs like washing the outdoor seats when it's raining!! "Park and Ride" available but the bigger car park is not really attached to the station.

No real drop off on Glasgow side platform - the car park is on the other side of the line and the bridge over the line is not accessible. Old fashioned station with minimal facilities.

Reliable service but the guy working the ticket office isn't keen on people. Get off your phone and provide customer service.

Nice quiet neighbourhood

Does the job though it's small and there's no WiFi there
