I was able to see the service work done to car, through a video sent to my phone, the person doing the service was very thorough, and advised me to replace my two back tyres which was good as I know nothing about wear on the threads, excellent service from Bells as always

Had the best experience at Bells Crossgar dealing with Conall. From the get go he listened to what I wanted and provided me with all the detail I needed and more! Knowledge and customer service was absolutely excellent. Conall went above and beyond for me and nothing was ever too much hassle. Top guy! Fantastic service as always, left Vauxhall Insignia in to have a diagnostic for a check engine light, part ordered, diagnostic completed and part fitted within 24hrs. Upon arrival the guys went above and beyond by cleaning both the interior and exterior of the car, bowled over by amazing service would recommend Bells to everyone.
I was extremely pleased with the customer service we received from Conall from we arrived to have a chat about purchasing a car, right through to leaving the showroom in our new car. Conall kept intouch giving us regular updates on what stages the car was at etc. I would also like to say that I suffer from severe anxiety and Conall was aware of this and helped me feel at ease throughout the whole process of buying the car. I bought my first car here and went to pick it up Monday. I was dealing with Conor. He was an absolute gent. Most of our communication was done over email and phone. He was very helpful and answered all the questions asked. When we arived in the showroom the staff were friendly conor was very accomadating offering us tea and coffee after our drive up to him. Don't have a bad word to say. I would highly recommend Bells Crossgar Motor's if you are considering buying a new or used car.
