Usually good food but this time the pizza was on the edge of being burnt and that was its main flavour. All during the meal sounds of drills sanders and hammering from the back. Definitely loud enough to put your teeth on edge. I usually enjoy Bella Italia, still good service but for me it was not enjoyable this time

Went here as a last minute decision and couldn't really fault it. Staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome! The menu has lots of choice and everything we ordered came pretty quickly. The only downside, was having to ask to order after being left unattended for longer than we'd have liked. Would go back again though!

Went yesterday afternoon, very quiet time, plenty of tables. The manager or person in charge was a guy casually dressed and very sullen faced and did a few jobs before greeting us, very miserably. He then accompanied us to a table with 2 stools, not chairs, close to the servery and waiters/waitresses pushing past etc. I asked to be moved because my husband has a back complaint. Apparently the only other option was another set of stools near the servery. All the booths were free and other tables, we checked with a waitress, who asked him again and again he said everything was fully booked. The place was dead. Totally disgusting service and food looked horrendous to be honest. We got up and walked out, with no one stopping us or asking to help.

Lovely meal and enjoyable. However, it takes a while to get your food out, so be prepared to wait. They should have some bread out to stave away the waiting time but they don't. You can ask for pepper (not already on the table) and cheese for your meal. Ooh tip: look online for deals and save money!

It was terrible. I ordered the Marco Polo pasta and it was hard and tasted like cardboard. I told the manager of this and with the nastiest attitude she took it and brought me a different dish, according to my request, she brought me the Gamberoni and it was very bland. Other people on the table ordered the same one and theirs had adequate sauce and tasted decent. I don’t know if it was because I sent back the original dish but I am a paying customer. Absolute rubbish of an experience. Will not be coming back any time soon
