Given a 1 being as I couldn't give a minus. I never had pizza and as ive thought pizza hut is the 'best' I ordered from there,l. 30 minutes passed and after looking on the website I wasn't too unhappy as it was a guarantee I'd get £10 off my next order. 1 hour passed and still nothing so I ring again, " your delivery is with the next driver" which means it hasn't even been dispatched yet, but I thought shouldn't be too long now, ll. 1 hour and 30 mins passed so I rang again and I had enough, I stated that I wished to cancel the order and the reply was " the driver is nearly there " I said I've had enough of waiting so cancel it. I asked how to get my money back as I paid online and was told I need to speak to head office. Rang head office and they said can take up to 60 days for a refund! Whilst I was on the phone the delivery turned up (110 minutes late). The pizza was a joke! Cold, unevenly sliced, I ordered half and half, it was 75/25 favour given to the cheaper side. Now I'm still waiting for my refund but no sign, what a shame as the restaurants although very overly priced are great, this particular franchise will kill the business in Wolverhampton!

Ordered 2 x large pizzas. Told it would be a 45 minute wait. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, 2 x burnt yet cold (!) pizzas arrived. Have ordered here before without issue. Have 2 x replacement pizzas in the way. Fingers crossed.

40 minutes late for a scheduled time delivery which I had booked 2 hours earlier for cold pizza. Two phone calls to the branch to ask where my dwlivery is, both times told driver was on my road. Driver told me when he finally delivered the pizza that the branch had been lying, he was no where near when they had checked with him. Absolutely awful service.

I have ordered from hear a couple of times. Can't fault it. Always fresh and hot l. Delivery time was also very good Every time

NOT HAPPY! Ordered a vegetarian pizza from here and found chicken on it! Rang the shop and got told one of their staff ‘couldn’t be bothered to use the right cutter’. All they would do was offer a new pizza, why would I want this when they gave me chicken the first time! Absolutely disgusting! Wouldn’t ever order from here again and would advise other people not to either. If I could give this no stars I would.
