Very tasty food for great value. The highlight however was the staff, who were all very accommodating and welcoming. Both starters and main courses were full of flavor and arrived fairly quickly. We came in on a quiet day, so we were able to sit beside the window and get to enjoy the 'interesting' citizens of Glasgow go about their day. My only minor complaint would be that one of the pastas came out a tad cold, but otherwise a great choice for anyone looking for some great italian food. Vegetarian options: Menu makes it very clear what is and isn't vegetarian. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, saw a decent few families there having a great time. Wheelchair accessibility: Should be able to enter with no issues.
The food was really tasty, fast service. The decoration makes you feel you are in Italy, except for the music. The waitress staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Loved the experience. I would highly recommend this place if u wanna have a taste of Italy in Glasgow.Food: 5/5
Some good points, some not so good. Starting with the good - the staff could not have been more attentive and not intrusive. Plenty of time to peruse the menus before orders taken. Dishes delivered with very little wait-time probably because the kitchen wasn't overloaded as it was quite quiet. Overall, food was tasty but didn't have the "wow" factor. My starter of garlic mushrooms was very nice but the Pollo Cacciatore for my main was simply the strangest I have ever been served! It was a plate of pasta with some small pieces of chicken hiding inside. Now, I've travelled extensively in Italy and eaten in many Italian restaurants and never been offered Cacciatore like this. Such a shame as my fellow diners seemed happy enough.
Absolutely amazing place. Malina is a star and the service we experienced was second to none. The friendliness, kindness and also overall energy was amazing. Hands down the best place I’ve eaten in Glasgow in months. Also thank you to Malina for going above and beyond. A true asset to the restaurant !Food: 5/5
Great place, lovely atmosphere and waitress Marlene very friendly and make sure you have a great time.Food: 5/5
Staff all sitting around chatting including the chef The food was ok bland and not to my satisfaction The fries were overcooked and hard to eat Not worth the price The deco is very unpleasant too much happening The starter Crispy Chicken Fries were ok My main Chicken Milanese was below average the overcooked fries made the meal unsatisfactory
We chose to eat here on a Monday afternoon. The place was a little busy and 2 staffs were managing . We were happy wid service as there were no delays in our order. Food was good and we are planning to revisit so that we can try other dishes as wellFood: 4/5
This was my first visit to Bellas Italia and weI & my family really enjoyed it. Somehow that day we wished to eat vegetarian food, so this review will be useful to any vegetarian who wants to try out this place. The staff here really helped us to find out good vegetarian Options. We ordered 2 meals, a regular meal and a kid meal. In regular meal, we had Cheese filled Gnocchi bites in starters which was served with delicious chilly jam. In mains we had Pomodoro buffalo with Rigatoni pasta don’t go with the name, it was veg trust me and then in desert a chocolate brownie which was amazing . In kids meal, we had a classic vegetarian pizza in mains, garlic bread in sides and a gelato ice-cream for dessert. It was a perfect family meal. Loved the menu options and the meal Vegetarian options: Very Few but good vegetarian options Kid-friendliness: Good meal option for Kids
Maline and her colleague whose name, sadly I've forgotten gave us fantastic Service. It was a real pleasure to be served by her. She is incredibly upbeat and energised. The food was fine, but not as exceptional as it can be sometimes.Food: 4/5
Visited for the first time. Food was 10/10. Service was speedy and in a very attentive manner. 1 order was carbona and the 2nd order was a pepperoni pizza, both meals were delicious and there wasn't a drop left on either plate. Reasonably prices. Good deals. Wide range and variety of dishes to chose from. Would recommend and will be back
