Just had a hot chocolate with a friend. Felt safe. The young lady whom served us was very nice.

Lovely place, yummy cakes; the staff is polite and willing to help; the shop is very clean. Definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately not the quality of food it once was, friendly staff but food does not reflect the prices anymore in the Epping branch. Such a shame

Really nice cafe. Coffee and croissant really nice and staff pleasant.

Great place if you have three hours to spare for a 'quick' bite. Incredibly slow service, despite the restaurant being mostly empty. We had to ask for our drinks three times. When our food finally came, it came with a lovely hair on top.

Nice coffee, food is expensive, but drinks fairly standard pricing. Cakes and patisseries  look absolutely amazing too, to be fair. Nice place to pop in to.

Excellent. Felt like you were sitting abroad somewhere. Good service. Big collection of cakes and savory rolls.
