Have ate here for years and has always been my local meeting point. I came at the weekend with a friend and her daughter, my friend requested the ingredients of the waffles as her daughter is allergic to certain ingredients, only to be told they couldn’t supply them, why would they not supply the ingredients? 
rather than try and offer a solution the whole team were really rude and unhelpful. Will not be going back again!

No stars at all. Utter disgrace. Poor service. Table not reserved though I phoned twice to confirm. The tea arrived long before any food. They ran out of mini pastries for the afternoon tea. Finger sandwiches turned out to be mini rolls and the 2 fillings we had chosen turned up together in each roll instead of separately, plus the rolls were not buttered. 2 little creamy desserts were not defrosted properly. No words to describe it. Utterly disappointed as this came highly recommended. Will never be going back there!!

took an hour for soup and sandwich. they have had kitchen and management issues since i moved here 2 years ago. i keep trying them again and again but now im done. i would ratherjust eat at home. :(

Great staff nice and friendly food was delicious but maybe a bit exspensive as the portion size is quite small.
