Having purchased from this company for several years, I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful business. Despite a long wait for my boots - European logistics and no fault of theirs - they could not have been more understanding, keeping in touch, offering me a refund or another style. The gorgeous boots were worth the wait….stylish, extremely comfortable and, joy of joys, fantastically warm. Thank you Beggs, you have a customer for life!
Excellent service again from Begg Shoes. Handwritten note is a lovely touch. Shoes arrived in days , well packaged and with free return label though not required as delighted with purchase . Thank you. Definitely a first stop for new shoes.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. I’ve been looking for navy Ecco shoes for an absolute age but could never find anywhere that actually had them in stock until I found Begg Shoes. I'm delighted with my purchase and definitely recommend this Company. Great customer service - and the handwritten thank you for my order was a really lovely touch. Had a good experience with staff and the company, the shoes I ordered came with a personalised note from this local to Scotland and family owned company. I did order a pair of Clark’s but they came defective, but did not have a problem returning them, it took a little longer to return communicating via email, but when I went into the store they helped me find proper footwear and were friendly.

I ordered for the first time from this company .Delivery was promised 5 to 6 days .In fact order arrived in 3 days by first class post ,well packed and a hand written note inside hoping all was well with the order . I am more than happy to give 5 stars and wont hesitate to order again ,Absolutely recommend
Excellent service. My favourite very old Reiker boots are falling apart and are discontinued. Luckily I found a pair in my size at Begg Shoes. The service was outstanding. I even had a 'thankyou' hand written note enclosed. Highly recommended.
