A wonderful experience, got to see our 32 weeks baby in very clear 4D images. Very friendly, patient and caring staff. I totally reccomend it. Make sure you book more time in your schedule for the visit as sometimes the babies won't pose and the technician might need to take a bit more time to get the best images for everyone. And that is to be appreciated, in my book😉 Thank you for our wonderful pictures 🤗🤗🤗

I had a growth scan here as my fundal height was measuring a week behind at the hospital and they were unable to fit me in for a scan for a couple of days. When I went they said baby was measuring fine but I had reduced fluid and had a panicked look on her face! She rang the hospital who saw me the same day and measured the fluid to tell me it was within normal range. What a waste of money and just created stress unecesarily. The Irish lady scanning was just not seeming to enjoy her job at all. Felt like a complete inconvenience

Excellent service! We have had several scans at different venues and this was by the far the best experience! Staff very friendly, professional and reassuring! Clean and comfortable!

My wife and I had a very positive and happy experience visiting Before The Stork and getting pictures of our soon to arrive baby. The staff couldn't be nicer and both obviously love babies and what they do. Our baby wasn't playing but the sonographer did everything she could and managed to get some photos that we are amazing for us to look at and cherish. The quality of the images compared to others available are definite of the highest quality. It's not cheap by any means but the photos are priceless and at the end of the day it's made clear to you that they can't guarantee being able to obtain the best views of your baby as that's down to luck and nature. All in all I would definitely recommend Before The Stork.

Me and my partner had a terrible experience here. The actual place is not so bad, it is clean, tidy and has adequate facilities to do 4D scans. The only issue we had was with the staff. There are two women there. One is the manger who works the desk and the other does the scans. Both have bad attitudes but the one who does the scans (she is the Irish one) is just rude, ignorant and one of the most unpleasant, unfriendly people I have came across. Right from the start the baby was facing the wrong way so we could not get a good view. She told us to go the shop and have a can of coke and a bar of chocolate. We came back and around 15 minutes later and still the same situation. We suggested we come back as this would waste our money and their time as the pictures would obviously not be very good. She insisted we go for a walk round the block and we would be surprised how often the baby moves round. We came back and still the same situation (not surprisingly). The images very poor compared to their examples and it is was obvious she just wanted to get our money and get us out of there. We told them we were disappointed and they fobbed us off saying it's not their fault the baby wasn't facing the right way. I agree it is not their fault but they should have told us to come back right at the very start rather than dragging it out then taking money for a rubbish experience. Our pictures were sub-standard and there was no option of a dvd as half the appointment was spent in the shop or walking the block. Besides this their attitudes were awful anyway. Especially when dealing with pregnant women and families you should be friendly, caring and professional, which these two were far from. Go somewhere else don't risk your experience being ruined by these two amateurs.
