The service here is truly amazing, Jake (our host) was very attentive and nothing was any trouble. The kitchen staff know their thing, food was fresh, cooked properly (steak was exactly as I asked for) and the unlimited chips was really unlimited (I had three servings). I have no reservations about this place, it's friendly, warm and the staff aren't like zombies who don't care about your experience. The manager needs to give these guys a pay rise, they deserve it.

The cook certainly can't prepare a medium rare steak. First came out as very well done, they offered me another one and that came out as medium well... Must admit that manager didn't charge me at the end, but it certainly ruined my experience and I am not planning to return back again. Irony of the whole situation is that they have pictures of hands showing how to compare stiffness of muscle when pinch 2 fingers together to the steak to determine how it is cooked... Should maybe take them to the kitchen.

Been here few time partners parents seem to take us every time we go over to see them. Very welcoming every time. Menu is great. Unlimited drinks. Great for kids too.

Food is good but the car park is too small to cope at peak times, the recent changes to circulation has not added any space. The internal layout is much improved since it became a Beefeater, much more open and airy. Service tends to be good

Excellent meal. Staff there were very good & friendly. Would highly recommend this place and give 10 out of10
