Really poor customer service - been 6 weeks since I ordered a bed and no response to any email sent and listed telephone number hard to find goes unanswered - disappointed as I have used them in years gone by and feel totally let down not to mention out of pocket by £300......

I have placed an order few days ago and, despite the fact that unfortunately the item was out of stock, the manager replied to my email in less than 24h and refunded immediately. thank you
