I'm absolutely over the moon with all aspects of the service!
David  in the shop was incredibly helpful, customer service levels were top notch, he helped me find the perfect deal for me and my budget, the prices were better than what I would have got from larger, well known business. He also went out of his way to find a fitting day that worked around my schedule.
The guys who were doing the fitting called me up the day before (which was a Sunday) to confirm the arrival time for the following day. They turned up perfectly on time, which was in impressive 08:30 start time on a bank holiday Monday. The guys were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, I had of course moved as much furniture out as physically possible, but I felt bad about the items I couldn't lift alone, they were great and just shifted the items themselves. They worked very fast, but the quality of fitting was still immaculate.
I would highly recommend this shop & fitters, I'll certainly be using them again for the rest of the house.

Brilliant service, Dave the proprietor is very knowledge and very competitive.  Undercut quotes we provided to him from Calverts & KD Carpets by giving us a better price and more importantly a better product.  Floor fitters were finished in 1/2 a day for a 3 bedroom house and workmanship was second to none, would highly recommend.

Really pleased with the carpets . Fitters were excellent and David provided first class advise on the carpets, coupled with a very competitive price compared to other local suppliers .
