We also have a delicious range of homemade ice cream, waffles, cakes, sausage rolls and quiches.

Story

We are a community bakery in Bedale, North Yorkshire.

We are passionate about bringing real bread to all parts of our community. We do not use artificial additives or preservatives, palm oil or soya in any of our bread. We also use a mix of low yeast, slow prove and poolish/sponge bread making techniques. Sourdough bread is made everyday that we bake.

As a non-for-profit organisation we hope to provide a fantastic resource for the people of our area and to enrich our community through our work.
