Just the most fantastic restaurant in London. Not just for the food, but the warm welcome, the food, the friendliness and the fun! The karaoke is hilarious! Never laughed so much! By then end of the meal we were singing karaoke-not something I would normally do! The food is really fantastic and very fresh-super tasty. I like how you bring your own booze and glasses and no corkage charge. The owners are so friendly too, the kindest and warmest people ever. If you want good tasty Indian food, a laugh and some tunes come to BEBS!
Just had the most fantastic night at Bebs Kitchen! I went with a party of 12 including 4 vegans/veggies, and everyone was catered for perfectly. Really tasty vegan options and knowledgeable and reassuring staff. I also noticed lots of clear signage about allergens, and would be confident recommending this place to gluten free/coeliac friends too. After we'd eaten, the owners suddenly grabbed 2 microphones and kicked off a spectacular round of karaoke that everyone in the restaurant got involved with! A really unique and refreshing concept for a restaurant and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Thanks for a great evening! Dietary restrictions: Good vegan options
On my first visit I received inedible rice, however upon receiving my feedback, the host was very keen to put things right. Fernanda is very genuine, has nothing but love in her heart and it clearly upsets her if any of her guests do not have a good time. However, as a take-away customer, my interest is in the food rather than the experience, although if you are an experience-first diner then bring your friends and you will have a five-star experience here. Suffice it to say, on my second visit the rice, in particular, was much improved and plentiful. The naan, although a shade small, was cooked perfectly with good aeration and colour throughout the base. Poppadoms cooked perfectly without too much oil. Unfortunately, having now tried both, it strikes me that perhaps Goan curries are not to my tastes, so perhaps it is a little unfair to judge them, but it leaves me curious how the more traditional dishes measure up, so I may be back one day to find out. My thanks to Fernanda for being such a kind host.
We had a completely unexpected, fabulous evening at Bebs Kitchen! We tried getting in last year on NYE, hoping that being spontaneous pays off. It didn't. But Fernanda was so nice to us then, and the atmosphere was so warm and positive, that we promised ourselves to go back. And we did! And we had a fabulous meal the most generous dollop of butter in my butter chicken I have ever seen, met fantastic people and laughed by far the loudest in 2023 make sure to join the karaoke!. If you're looking for a gem in London - here's one. Bebs Kitchen makes you feel like a local, a part of an incredible community, and on top of that - serves the best curry in this part of town! Good veggie options NS&BYOB on top of that.
Rarely leave reviews but had such an unexpected fun time here that I had to. Was trying to find a local BYOB Indian and when we arrived we could hear the music from the outside and knew we were in for a party. Great vibes and good fun. Curry was yummy. Would definitely go back for a fun meal. Also lovely team working there think they’re a couple - they also sung on the karaoke, it was so sweet
Absolutely delicious dinner, at a very reasonable price. The portions are generous and the butter chicken was very tasty. We also had the chance to hear the voice of the owner in a little karaoke concert. Great moment. I would highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.
Amazing experience here. The couple who run this place are so kind and friendly - they genuinely care about providing customers with a great service. The food was lovely, I had the prawn curry with okra. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend this place more!
Delicious food and so much fun at curry-oke. £30 for BYOB, selection of curries, poppadoms, samosas, onion bahjis and naan followed by karaoke where everyone was good vibes. I went here yesterday and the karaoke doesn't disappoint, at around 10pm one of the chefs picks up a microphone and rocks a lovely rendition of a classic song. Everyone is here for the good time, songs are sung, friends are made. But overall I didn't think the curry was that amazing, there are better curry houses in London. But I ate a load for £15! The restaurant is small, but it meant everyone got a chance for karaoke. Overall, I would easily come here again for the atmosphere, i'm not raving about the food though.
Sitting here right now as I type this, there’s a great man singing his heart out and it’s bloody amazing. The vibe is amazing and in my 25 years of being on this planet I’ve never felt the urge to review such an amazing place while I’m there !!? But wow. I understand why they’re fully booked all the time but so grateful I could sit here and enjoy the amazing food. Love Bebs !!
