Another time I've visited this Beaverbrooks. Ladies were very attentive and helpful, always smiling and being friendly. Popped in on my lunch break and Emma even shortened her lunch to help me after hearing I've only got 30 mins. I've lost my 10 year anniversary ring a few days before and she helped me find a replacement. All sorted very quickly.
Bought a bracelet from here I was unsure of what to get. The lady that helped me was very professional and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I picked the right one. What incredible service they make you feel very comfortable.
The staff were welcoming and helpful and cheerful and couldn't do enough for the customer we were given a cup of coffee it was a pleasure to shop there

Staff very helpful, even though quite busy
Visited the store in Bolton a few months ago to get ideas for wedding rings with my other half. The woman who served looked at my engagement ring which she had no right to judge then took us to the section with the cheapest Stirling silver rings, leaving us stood there. "Hello, we definately just said wedding rings". It felt so rude. Well we ended up taking our few grand to a different jewellers instead. Her/their loss.
I bought a watch here the other day and was served by the lovely Emma who was absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful I would highly recommend Beaverbrooks to anyone, emma is an absolute credit to the company.
Beaverbrooks Bolton provided great service when I came, even though I only needed a watch strap adjusting with I watch I bought from another branch. Excellent.
The store was very busy and had ti wait for our personal assistant but overall very professional
