Awful company. Not at all happy. We had a shower room fitted about 18 months ago at great expense. Straight away the shower leaked and they had to come and fix it twice. Not its leaking again and we've been told that the 12 months guarantee has passed and we should get a local plumber to sort it out. Disgusting service
We were delighted with the bathroom designed and installed by Severn Vale Bathrooms in 2013. When a ceiling spotlight stopped working last week I rang them for advice on a replacement. Clare and her colleagues were extremely helpful. They saved us money by otaining a replacement driver from the manufacturer at a fraction of the cost of a replacement unit. That's what I call Customer Service!
Plenty to look around and good advice, will be getting a quote. Update - but wow, so expensive and they want to do what they want to do so if you have your own ideas you will have to compromise.
