Only just two reviews, i know why that is this is a rip off salon. Had vouchers for Christmas, sadly had a death in the family and have been suffering with depression. Not feeling like ringing up or having treatments, now feeling a treatment would be great to lift me. Phoned Emma who was rude an not very kind or understanding. She would not let me use my voucher yet happy to keep the money she had been paid for by husband as a Christmas present, wish I could get money for nothing. In my eyes this is just as bad as stealing my husbands hard earn money. I will never use this salon again and would not recommend to anyone. The one thing I would recommend is don't buy vouchers you will get ripped off. I will be contacting the evening telegraph hoping they will do a story on this and trading standards to see if Emma has the right to steal someone's money.
