I always had a mobile hairdresser come to my home she was unable to get me in on an appointment once so I booked an appointment at Peterborough Pkai with Kai and I have never looked back since I have been going for a few years now and I have still have the amazing service that's I had on my first appointment.
Staff are welcoming and really friendly when you arrive and throughout your visit.
Kai is so friendly and always giving great advise on your hair and he is very talented I would not have anyone else cut my hair.
I do highly recommend to people to have a visit.

I’ve been a client at PKai since 2004 and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. It’s not the cheapest salon in the region but I’m happy to pay for the expertise and knowledge of the stylists and directors. I’m always greeted in a friendly way, offered a drink and consulted on my style and colour. Sarah D is fantastic having taken my hair through many colours and styles. I’m always happy when I leave and often get complimented on my hair.

Have been coming here for years and always have a great experience, all the staff are friendly & can’t do enough to help. Keep changing my hair and Kai always produces fabulous results whatever I challenge  him to do.  Can’t rate them any higher! 😊

Kai and all his staff are always welcoming and accommodating, I find having my hair done here a pleasant and relaxing experience and can’t fault it.

Having been in pKai before and having a great hair cut with one of the senior stylist, I decided to treat myself and my girls (aged 11 and 4) to a hair cut (even though I find it very expensive and hadn't been for a while).

I booked a senior stylist for myself and juniors for my girls. Upon arrival, somehow I ended up with the junior stylist and one of my girls with the senior stylist. Despite her best efforts, the junior stylist was just not cutting my hair how I wanted, even though I had shown her a photo of the previous cut.

What's more, I was treated as the villian for having complained about it.  This was meant to be a treat for my girls and I, but turned out to be able extremely stressful (for the junior stylist as well as me). A hair cut that took over an hour and a 4 year old who was getting restless did not help the situation.

I got no explanation nor an apology for the confusion and being treated as if it was my fault added insult to injury.

Needless to say, I will not be going back and strongly advise anyone thinking to using pKia, to reconsider.
