Really pleased with my brows! Had my 1st appointment with Josie who was so welcoming and friendly.  She spent so much time ensuring my brows were perfect and gave so much attention to detail.  So happy to have found my regular beautician!

This is difficult, as Bailey the brow technician is out of this world good, she is awesome and she gets ten stars!  BUT this Boutique claims to do Russian Lashes but actually gives you Classicsstill charges £70  , which I can prove and had verified by 3 separate certified Russian Lash technicians  , all the lashes they used were classics as I photographed them as they came out not the triple Fan lashes!  I have heard their other services are awesome, but this is not a good way to treat clients, I gave you some time to mitigate this but you chose to ignore my me, so here we are !

We tried to use this business. By booking two appointments. Confused woman working there was incredibly grumpy … odd experience . Would try to return but very unsure she would book in the appointments wantedNegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
