Couldn’t ask for more. The owner is exceptionally dedicated to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and will go well beyond the extra mile to accommodate you.  I’ve used the salon for my wedding beauty prep - my eyebrows, nails and tan were perfect. She also contacted me after treatments to check I was happy and offer any alterations I needed just in case. Such a lovely salon and beauty room. Have had manicures here on two occasions and have had a wonderful experience. I'm a fan of OPI products and the professional polite and quality service I've received here is second to none. The care and attention received in a beautiful environment is great. Also had brow shaping too and was very pleased with the results. I am a new regular and can't recommend Beaulieu Beauty Rooms enough.

Just had the most amazing pedicure with Lisa at Beaulieu Beauty Rooms. My feet were in a very sorry state and needed some major attention in order to be holiday ready by Friday.  My feet are now super smooth and soft after Lisa worked her magic with exfoliation, filing off the dry skin using a metal file a la cheese grater style which was much better than an emery board type of file which wouldn’t have been any use for the level of dry skin on my feet. I had a foot masque and heated booties and my toe nails were filed, cuticles sorted and painted with gel polish and are now a beautiful shade of hot pink and holiday ready. I will definitely be a returning customer.

For my birthday I was treated to a facial and pedicure. From the moment i walked in to the stunning salon,  i was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and felt very at comfortable. Eva did both treatments and I now have beautifully smooth feet and stunning toe nails. My facial was so relaxing and my skin was glowing afterwards.  I most greatfully left the salon feeling on top of the world. Highly recommend and will be returning very soon.

I have always received a fantastic service from this establishment, don't believe the one horrible review posted below. As I was in the shop during the confrontation and the reviewer was being nothing but a BULLY in my opinion and left everyone in the shop feeling uncomfortable, including the owner of the business, which is the "receptionist" that she has mentioned. With the reviewer never letting the owner get a chance to explain that she couldn't be fit in for a time, because the reviewer took longer than expected to come back to the establishment.  I have used my boyfriend's gmail account to leave this review, to put forth Beaulieu Beauty Rooms side of the story. They have always supplied me and any of their customers that I have seen with a great service and I would highly recommend them to other people. Keep up the good work everyone! Kathy

I decided last minute to get my hair cut and was fitted in same day.  The hairdresser was running slightly late but that didn't matter as they couldn't have been nicer offering drinks etc.  Very friendly staff and I've had a lovely hair cut.  Thanks a lot I will be back .... and I might have to try some of the beauty treatments next time too. X

Beautiful Salon, they go above and beyond to make sure your happy. I’ve had full head of highlights, cuts, and hair up for a wedding. Very happy. Staff are so friendly and the coffee is great!!

I have been a client of Beaulieu Beauty for the last 3 months and have experienced a range of beauty treatments. Always welcomed with a friendly smile.  a glass of champagne and often a cupcake, I leave feeling relaxed, revitalized and ready for the busy week ahead. Thankyou Iyva for taking care of me.

Hair done, very happy with colour, cut and blow dry. Salon beautiful. Sadly the owner very rude to her staff and wanted a 50% deposit for next appointment. Needless to say i wont be back.

I had a hot stone massage from Lisa today - she was so friendly and welcoming and it was a wonderful treatment, thank you. Definitely recommend.
