Je cherche les mots mais je ne pense pas qu'il y en est un qui correspond à l'incompétence de cette enseigne et je ne parle même pas du service client..... J'ai amené une chemise neuve pour nettoyage et repassage qui m'est revenu avec une tâche sur le col.. je la ramène donc pour un nouveau nettoyage bien-sûr  zéro excuse... Étant plutôt tolérant après un mariage j'amène un costume et une robe de ma fille ainsi que la robe de mariée de ma femme. Pour l'histoire la robe est revenue plutôt bien nettoyer en tout cas pour cette établissement je me dit qu'il ont fait au mieux mais la robe de ma fille reviens avec la même tâche que quand elle est partie...  Il ne peuvent pas enlever toutes les tâches, pour info j'ai réussi à l'enlever chez moi avec des produits standard.... Pour mon costume le pire de tout.... Une première fois laver mais les tâches sont toujours là, la deuxième fois plus de tâches mais le repassage indigne d'un professionnel..... Je vous laisse voir les photos... Et un bouton en moins également mais attention il n'y a aucune garantie sur les boutons comme les tâches et le repassage apparemment... En gros a fuir car même après m'être énervé avoir eu pour geste commercial un remboursement partiel du travail et une perte de temps énorme.... Les engagements de cette enseigne ne sont pas ténue  j'attend toujours un appel de la responsable commercial.... Pour finir, depuis le changement de personnel, j'ai eu un bouton de cassé, une chemise rétréci et une tâche qu'elles n'ont pas réussi à enlever alors que j'ai réussi. Je ne conseil pas.
