Do NOT buy a house at Bearroc Park AVOID AVOID AVOID! I can't emphasise enough how much you shouldn't waste your time and money, in 3yrs we have spent ££££’s rectifying poor quality materials and workmanship, it’s so bad it’s like living in a Wendy house you can hear everything! The service might be ok before you move in but it falls off a cliff once you’re in. Had to replace lawn, kitchen and they still haven’t rectified issues in 3yrs. I have been in the property industry for over 20yrs and these are the worst developers I’ve seen!
Lovely area and new builds. Would really like to live locally, you're unable to reserve or put deposits down. A little confused with exactly how to move forward!
I call this place to looking for help to buy house but not ready for under my budget hopefully call again to find out
