Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not even moved in and am having the worst experience so far I went to view one their flats which I must confess was wonderful I spoke to a certain lady and I told her I loved the property and we agreed on a price verbally but on the contract was something else which I only realised after signing and submitting the contract because the total cost was hidden on top of all other itemised costs and the verbally agreed cost was put as a balance due which is where the  total cost would normally be after I had paid a holding fee of £400. I spoke  to the manager who I thought would understand even after listening to the verbal agreement evidence on the phone call recording. To my disappointment this costly mistake of not looking at the itemised costing on the contract has incurred me a cost of £400 that I didn’t budget for Please avoid as they come with so many hidden charges and tricks.

Need to sort your tenants out not fair to have noisy tenants above when you own your own flat. None of my issues have been dealt with and I won't put up with it

Needed a property with pets , no luck looking n ringing around , almost gave up then beals called  property just around the corner amazing !! passed the referencing which was easy compared 2 brooks errg hate them  , lol only negative the cost off fees , far 2 much , but o well they got the fancy cars !!!!@

Totally unreasonable tenant fees. They charge 4 times more than a company I previously rented from

Very disappointed with their service, firstly let down and lied to about a financial appointment and then let down twice for a valuation appointment on my property after making time out of my work time to suit them. Emailed the manager about the issues but never even got a reply.
