We used this agent and received first class service. The staff were always helpful and polite. They found us a buyer in a matter of days. We also had regular updates on the situation of our chain. Their fees were also very very reasonable. Overall having used many estate agents over the years we found them to be the very best we have ever used and would highly recommend their services. I could not recommend Jeffries to anyone.  The service we received was terrible.  Promises were not kept, calls were not returned and for everything that did go wrong there was always an excuse that meant it was not Jeffries fault.  At one point in the selling process they agreed to reduce our fee by £250 because of all the mistakes made.  However when the final invoice came out they "accidentally" had charged the full amount.  Fortunately I questioned this with my solicitor and it was reduced.  However this was indicative of the whole experience we had with them.  If you are looking for an estate agent try any one but Jeffries.
