Was once an excellent practice but has gone downhill since its takeover. No point being ill. Staff and nurses etc, bar one, a semi retired phlebotomist, are top class, caring, empathetic as they should be. If you are on Facebook your timeline is monitored and one to one phone calls between patient and doctor are taped without your knowledge. Save yourself some aggro and go elsewhere. The main GP is a bully and control freak.

I arrived to make an appointment. One person was sitting in the waiting area. NO appointments could be made until the end of the week! Without being informed they suddenly changed the appointment system. I was also expected to walk 4 miles with a broken cuboid/FOOT and a serious chest infection. Upon complaining I received letters about my behaviour towards there unhelpful staff. Apparently verbalising your dissatisfaction isn't tolerated. So I walked in once again and ripped up there leftist tripe about political correctness, intolerance and threats about being struck off their precious list and proceed to make a mess with their spam all over the idiot at the desk. My neighbour was also threatened by the same doctor because she was taken out of context. She also quit that surgery. It doesn't help these Doctors are foreigners! This surgery is a dangerous joke. They only care about them selves and the hospital that dealt with my problems just up the road know only too well how useless this surgery is! Honestly!!! BEST AVOID!

A very good doctors surgery. Clean and expert doctors.

Chinese doctor was rude and ignoring the symptoms of my little daughter. Just changed the surgery.
