Lovely cafe in Cullercoats, well worth a visit. They have inside and outside seating areas. Good choice of panninis, toasties, sundaes, cold and hot drinks. Staff are friendly. 29/4/24 - Another visit, as good as always.
Had a stroll on the beach and elderly with us wanted a coffee. The place is not dog friendly so I took another stroll. My daughter couldn't resist the ice-cream, scrambled eggs , hot chocolate for me and whipped cream for Peanut dog. We sat out and ate our food. Drizzling but who cares we were prepared, yummy food Kid-friendliness: Yummy ice-cream
The service at this place is terrible the staff are miserable & rude don’t listen and definitely not good customers service skills. The oder was wrong when it came out then I asked for some sugar the waitress who looked sick of her life stood there and snapped the sugar pot away from me as I wanted some more. It was a warm day but no air conditioning no Wi-Fi honestly if your thinking of going there think twice ‍ it could be a very nice place to eat as the place itself is in a great location it’s just not a friendly atmosphere. Oh the menu could do with some more dishes as its very basic menu for this place. Vegetarian options: Not enough vegetarian dishes most of the dishes had bacon on them. Parking: There is no parking around this place it’s difficult to park unless your prepared to walk a good 15/20 mins
Very calming atmosphere. Lovely coffee. Got two filter coffees for £3. Staff very attentive and the cleanliness was perfectFood: 5/5
Visiting here on a wet bank holiday, it was busy but all the staff were very friendly, a great selection of food including vegetarian options, homemade coleslaw was very nice, good cake and tea tooFood: 5/5
Afternoon tea, fairly pricey and extremely underwhelming. One of the cakes was totally raw and when I asked to swap for something else I was told there was nothing else left!? Some of the staff could do with some customer service training too. Won't be going back.Food: 2/5
We go here twice a week. Food fabulous but drinks are warm. You need to fix the fridge . Drinks should be cold. Invest in a fridge for goodness sake.Food: 5/5
It's a small place, but comfy. I had never being there before, but it's popular the cafe was packed. Everything is made fresh, so you have to wait, but you are warn when you're place your order. When our order arrive, it was delicious. It was piping hot & we enjoyed it. So it was a nice day at Cullercoats. After we went to the play area. The photos are from that day in the play area. Lovely on a bright Saturday afternoon for the kids & parents

Rude staff with overpriced food that accompanies a very small portion. Do not recommend you will leave hungry and frustrated. AvoidFood: 1/5
