This is a brilliant site. All the staff from office to yard are always happy and cheery. Steven the yard manager clearly has the measure of what it takes to have happy friendly staff who are always ready for a laugh and a bit of banter. Great job, honestly 10/10
Very easy access to the pay point and thereafter the pick up of the car was very straight forward with the staff bringing the car out up to the gate.
Purchased a electric vehicle online phoned to ask if they could charge it for me , they said they would , collected the car not charged , added 5hrs to my return 400 mile journey Don’t promise what you cannot deliver !!
Bought a Peugeot partner van from British motor auction. I took a risk as it had no mot but still paid full retail price with the fee . 2 days after driving it , it went into limp mode and I got it put onto the computer at the local garage and 7 fault codes came up . Not happy .the van is now undrivable .
Always good service, all staff are pleasant and helpful. I travel from Birmingham just to use them more than my local branches!
They send me car with gearbox problem when I complain they said we can do nothing old car high mileage body problem . I know the mileage and body but the gearbox . They didn’t say that on descriptions . The costumers service very bad. Last and first time buy from them . Shame on you
Excellent service and plenty good cars we travelled from Manchester to pick up a car. It was cheap and perfect I used BCA over 20 years never had problems always good service nation wide
BCA Logistics were scheduled to collect my lease vehicle, I rearranged my schedule around their collection date. They text at the last possible moment on the day to say they can't make it. Very frustrating.
Very helpful and friendly staff
One of the best auction sites to buy from. I’ve personally had very good experience and the staff is very friendly especially Chris Jobling he’s as good and honest as one can be.
