Good stock level and well presented, although system failures tonight made it to slow going so I left early, The buyer fees are way to high and really take money off the seller as you re adjust the bidding accordingly to take it into account.
Need some help with their customer service skills, BCA has their Guys wear vests with the statement 'Happy to Help' Perhaps Chris at Kinross Branch should have a look on his vest and then google the meaning? Called to ask for some help with a vehicle and was unhelpful and couldn't wait to get me off the phone, cut me off mid stream as well! Now i do not expect that this review will even matter to BCA but then they should really practice what they preach and genuinely be 'Happy to Help!' Poor customer service and not really an attitude where i will be rushing in to spend any of my money with them! Well Done Chris!!!
Quite informative didn't like you couldn't open cars and not much room between cars to check cars out. Went very early to look them over. Very cold in sale. But a cafe was welcomed.
Corruption system of sales. As a private person, you do not have a chance to buy even when you want to pay the full car. After multiple phone calls, no interest from the seller. Big fraud. I have proposed more than was achieved in the final sale completely disappointed.

After having bought dozens of non running cars through BCA at all of their sites,i have just bought one that i believe was completely misdescribed as regards the issue with the car,i will take it on the chin and move on and learn not to rely on any sort of accuracy from their description in the future.
used to be very good,now they do not sell Van's.good choice of cars but by the time commission is added and general high prices it is often cheaper to purchase cars privately.

Greedy Commission fees kills the deals, asked for price list emailed weekly still waiting Can’t bid online as account only got a silver card, northern auto salvage addiewell is there the deals are less fees
Plenty of free parking easy to find. Cafe is cash only which is a little inconvenient but apart from that it's all good
