Used mail order via their website to buy Weber bbq accessories. They have a great selection of gas and charcoal grills and the accessory section of the website is huge.
The website is very easy to use.
Far cheaper than anywhere else and free next day delivery when you spend over £50.

Bought on Thursday for next day delivery for a party on Saturday. 
Stayed in all day, was told it would be between 1600 and 1700. Then told at 1630 that they would not be delivering it till the next day, couldn't give us a time, etc. 
BBQ will not help, they blame the delivery people, who don't help either. 
Considering the helpful competition, I just wouldn't bother with these. 

I've told bbq world and they respond with a verbal shrug of the shoulders.

Closed at Xmas, no notice given on website. Drove 2 hours to be told that it’s replaced by Xmas stock
