Nice small station, clean and easy to figure out. No elevators though, so may not be accessible to all, and was difficult with all our luggage. That being said it’s hardly subsurface so it’s only one or two flights of stairs.
One of my favourite underground stations. Barely sub-surface, small and straight forward. Such an easy one to access and use. Nice architecture with the iconic arches both in the walls and the roof. Lots of shops around too, and just a 2 min walk to Queensway Station Central line
Fast and easy way, accessible and fast station, good service. Excellent! Deducting one star because there was a problem with the payment, but it was resolved within a moment when we called for help
Can be a busy underground station with circle and district lines stopping here. There is no disabled access only stairs clean station with staff available to help.
Mark was super helpful in explaining to me about what ticket I should be buying for my monthly joinery’s and what would be most cost efficient very helpful and friendly happy man thanks so much!!
A very old station, but interesting.
Said to be one of the oldest subway station in the world and it's finished in 1868 which is simply jaw-dropping to hear. You can tell from it's semi-underground layout letting the smoke of steam locomotives to come out. For a guy who has never seen steam train work in real life, the station itself is already a living museum!
Bayswater is such an underrated station! Easy to get to stations such as Paddington and victoria. And such a beautiful and old little station, with beautiful flowers and platforms! A much better station than Queensway!
District and circle lines, close to Hotels, Hyde Park and loads of halal eateries, Whitley's shopping centre being redeveloped, so no longer there. No lifts but stairs are manageable.
Absolutely shocking.... i tapped in and see there was 15 minutes till my train so asked politely if the guy on duty minded if i left the station to smoke as i had a bit of a wait till my train. He said no!!!! the guy was arrogant and basically a jobs worth. If i was rude or trying to jump the gate i could understand..... if he wasn't busy on his phone and was doing his job he would have seen me tap through a minute before. NEVER have i been spoken or dealt with like a child. Theres no customer service in london no more. Before any one says he didn't have to let me out... it was his attitude that upset me
