For the first time I took a tube underground train was at this station Bayswater when in London in September 1987. Wonderful experience.
The worst underground line, you can arrive very early and leave an hour later. The service is always delayed, making the morning become a hell.
No escalator so it is cumbersome to carry luggage down the steps. Elderly woman told me something was falling out of my bag it wasn't and whoever she was working with as a distraction pickpocketed my husband of his cellphone on Wed, Feb 19, 2020 at about 9 AM. Ridiculous. Zero ability to find culprit despite the CCTV everywhere.
Very central. Easy for Hyde Park, shops and refreshments. I use it for Planet Organic, just down the road.
District and circle lines, close to Hotels, Hyde Park and loads of halal eateries, Whitley's shopping centre being redeveloped, so no longer there. No lifts but stairs are manageable.
I love this station as it is close to exciting places like Hyde park. These lovely plants greeted me as I was walking out of the station.

I got robbed by thief. I almost died with his knife. I just lose 150pound. He force me to take of my watch but i resist to fight back. I just got a bit scar on my face. I report to police already
