Had a take away from here, the waiter at the front of house ignored me whilst finishing off his glass of wine before placing it next to a half empty bottle before finally acknowledging me. He then handed me a wrong order, after driving 10 mins home I realised the order was wrong. After returning to the restaurant the waiter was not apologetic at all and then began to imply that this indeed somehow my fault. After taking a seat to await the correct order he began to shout things from the other side of the restaurant at me. Possibly the worst service I have ever received anywhere. However, I must say that this waiter really let the place down because the curry was fantastic. Really can't fault the food.
When i stay in north wales i regularly walk past restaurants & takeaways looking to see how busy they are as its a good sign in the midlands, unfortunately the establishments don't get the level of trade. I decided to try Bay Sea Lounge after looking at its ratings & was glad i did. Ordered a Cobra while i waited for my order to be prepared fresh yes it took 30 mins with no microwave ping fron the kitchen, apologies offered for the delay. The staff may not be talkative, but good quality food & deserve a visit & only a short walk from the travelodge.
Visiting in Colwyn would recommend this restaurant foods absolutely beautiful, friendly staff and value for money. It's my first time staying in Colwyn but will be back. Spelling to the staff the restaurant has only been open 4 days so here's to a bright future.
Went there with a friend in the resturant for some one that is not a great lover of indian food its one of my least favourite . I was well inpressed the staff are lovely the resturant is clean and tidy and the food was amazing definately going back again very soon. Got to say the best indian i ever had and believe tried a few from llanrwst to llandudno conwy rhyl ect and this is best by far.
1st time here for a takeaway a few weeks back, I will be a regular now. Really lovely guys front of house, excellent food, the Lamb Balti was one of the most flavorful I have had for some time.
Absolutely disgusting customer service! Got our order wrong and refused to correct it. I would of given no stars if I could. Horrible people with no manners or consideration for their customers. Never EVER EVER going here again. Don't waste your time. I would order from somewhere else.
Food is delicious not a fan of hot and spicy food so I stick with a korma but best tasting korma I have ever had! Definitely recommend to everyone!
Placed order at 18.40. Order confirmation ETA 19.33. Rang to ask when order might arrive at 19.55. Told it was on its way. We live less than 10 mins away. Order finally came at 20.45 - 75 mins overdue and over 2 hrs since order placed. Such a shame. Had really been looking forward to sampling a promising menu.
Terrible Indian Restaurant, food was awful and swimming in fat! Staff are very unfriendly and not helpful, would avoid at all costs.
2 hour wait for delivery, food was cold when it finally arrived. Also excessive use of garlic in the food making it awful to eat. Would not use again.
