SLOW FOOD definitely not fast food!! Slowest service ever. One person in front and took twenty minutes to be served. Then 32 minutes to get the food. Wouldn’t eat in. Was dirty. Deliverooo and Just Eat are obviously more important than individual customers. Manager is lazy stays in his ivory tower office. Came out to do a refund and went back in. Waited another 32 minutes to receive food. If I hadn’t of said where’s my food I’d still be there now. Oh and surprise surprise the order wasn’t complete. Missing fries in the box.
Waited over 30 minutes for bonus banquet. No explanation as to why. Chips and popcorn chicken were re-heated, some chicken fillets looked pink. Food was nothing to write home about and very expensive for what I got. Won't be going back to this branch as second bad experience in as many weeks. Previous visit I noticed the restaurant and tables were dirty, very understaffed and group of lads were vaping inside and shouting and nothing was done about it.
Tonight I had to wait 37 minutes for a trilogy box meal. Absolutely ridiculous. The staff were rude and unhelpful without any explanation as to why we had to wait for that amount of time. The seating area was dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned all day. The area where we filled our drinks was filthy. I spent some of the time waiting squashing flies. The food was ok.

Expect to wait 30+ minutes for your food. Very pale chicken too, so clearly no standards in place. Another update: 25 minutes for a small meal is a joke. They’re lucky there’s nowhere else for “fast” food in Colwyn Bay.
Average kfc food. Long waiting times for a fast food, nice and friendly staff. Can be a bit intimidating at times with local youngsters inside.Food: 3/5
This place is joke and always has been, the people that work here are not trained properly and haven't got a Scooby do. Food was greasy af and the service was even worse.Food: 3/5
Toilet not cleaned since I don't know when ..the restaurant is filthy food on ledge around window's needs a goog clean every wereFood: 3/5
really poor quality. one bite and ended up in the bin. i don't know if its KFC themselves that's gone even further down hill these days or its just the local one don't know who the area manager is but they really need to sort it out
