My issue with bathstore is a missing lid for my cistern cabinet. I have been told that the model we chose doesn't come with a lid. We weren't advised of this when we made the purchase. The cabinet on display in store was complete with a lid. Several lengthy phone calls and numerous emails have failed to resolve the issue.To add insult having spent almost £3000.00 we have been offered a piece of wood for £50.00 and 68.00. Measuring 500x305 riddiculous!! I will never use Bathstore again, and I could never recommend Bathstore to anyone.Total let down.
