Having had a total of four bathrooms done with Ed at Wash bathrooms, we cannot praise him enough! He is an absolute wizard in designing layouts that work even in the smallest of spaces and his care and attention to detail is second to none. The range of bathroom suites and fittings at Wash bathrooms is huge, the quality is high yet the price is competitive! We’re a little sad that we’ve run out of bathrooms now, as loved working with Ed.
Ed was excellent from start to finish. He was always happy to help and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed purchase. The aftercare services have also been excellent. I highly recommend you go in and see him.
We were recommended by friends to go to Wash Bathrooms for the equipment to install in our new ensuite. Both andy and Ed were friendly and helpful, pointing out possible alternatives and good deals. We were able to choose all the fittings in a couple of visits to the showroom. These were quickly and reasonably priced so we were able to place the order with plenty of time for delivery to coordinate with our fitter and plumber. The delivery was made in good order and we were kept informed of progress. We are most pleased with our purchases and are happy to recommend Wash Bathrooms.
When my bathroom decided to demolish itself through a leak, I was so happy to get in touch with Wash Bathrooms. From the design, to the installation with a fitter they recommended, everything was really simple. I had initially gone in with no idea as to how I wanted the bathroom to look, and Andy was wonderful and suggested things that I hadn't even imagined. My new bathroom looks fantastic! Instead of my old toilet that was difficult to clean behind, I now have a lovely one in its own furniture that matches the basin cabinet. I also have a beautiful quadrant shower with sparkly leak proof panels on the walls. Everything I needed for my new bathroom was available from Wash shower enclosure, shower, tiles, panels, taps, radiator..., and the delivery was quick, as promised, with some items delivered directly from supplier. I did have an issue with a cupboard door that was sent straight from supplier and was damaged, but Martin worked hard to keep my informed as to what was happening with the order. Once I have enough money, I will be going back to Wash to get my design done for my upstairs bathroom, which is currently over 40 years old! I can't wait to see what they will transform it into. I have recommended to several of my friends already.
Ed was extremely helpful and provided an excellent service, the materials he assisited me in choosing were high quality and I was extremely please with the end result of my new shower room.
I visited Wash Bathrooms recently after moving into a new house with a very old main bathroom. see before and after photos I had a rough idea of what I wanted and was greeted warmly by Ed who was incredibly patient and took the time to show me a huge range of options. He created a high quality 3D design of our bathroom and suggested many improvements to my initial idea that I hadn't even thought of, but made the layout much better. Ed is one of the most genuine people I've met and strived to find me the best quality fixtures and fittings within my price range as well as offering me excellent deals and value for money overall compared to any of the other bathroom places I had visited in Portsmouth. Andy was also incredibly helpful with the aftersales as once the fitter began installation, we had to make a few minor alterations. Andy was never more than a phone call away and was able to source me various items at short notice. I can't recommend Wash bathrooms highly enough, you really are in safe hands and thank you again - we love our new bathroom.
I have received great service from the team at Wash Bathrooms Portsmouth in particular Ed who has been extremely patient and helpful. Ed helped me plan a complete refurb of my bathroom. He was happy to advise me on the best choices for the space and my budget, samples were provided at request and last minute changes dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very good value for money compared to other local bathroom stores but no compromise on service. I thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Ed and Andy for putting up with my constant visits.
Very impressed with Wash Bathrooms, Portsmouth, Ed did a fantastic job in turning my jumbled thoughts into a cohesive, professional, attractive looking design and the 3d CAD software really helped with the design process. The choice of products is fantastic and the quality is exceptional. Very pleased with the end result and it looks just like the design.
We are very satisfied with the design, communication, range and advice given from the team. Ed was very patient and helpful in getting us the design we liked within our budget. We changed our minds several times and ordered things very last minute but all went very smoothly. One item arrived slightly damaged and Ed ordered a new one the same day. The team even recommended a very efficient instalment team. We would highly recommend them!
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Knowledgable staff who are very patient - in particular Andy who was fab in helping us design our en suite and great at advising which products would work best for our budget. Quality of everything we ordered was fantastic. Would highly recommend and will definitely be retuning for our next project. Thanks Andy!
