First of all, the entry way always had great posters for yoga classes, health classes, ect...I always check to see what's new! And the classes are usually inexpensive and by people who really know what they're doing. The store! What a find! Like the other reviewer, i'm vegan, and it's so hard to find good quality vegan products in Portsmouth. But this place has everything I could ever want and more! even frozen vegan pizza and jars of nut basil pesto! I couldn't believe it, this place is really wonderful. Any vegans out there in Portsmouth have no fear. The Southsea Health Shop has everything you could want.
