Fantastic service from Lee @ Bath Zone. I walked in, said I was having my bath ripped out and shower put in and didn’t know where to start and what to order. I told Lee my budget and he was able to give me a very competitive price for a what was needed. The products are good quality too. I am thrilled in out the renovation turned out! Would highly recommend Bath Zone!
I have been working with Bathzone for some time now as they have a great showroom and products, expert knowledge of bathroom materials and are a pleasure to work with on our bathroom projects.
WE LOVE OUR BATHROOM!!!!. The staff at Bath Zone really know their business, we didn't have a clue about what was available, and they guided us through the process without stress, and even did us a 3D plan of how our bathroom would look when finished. being an independent, they were able to offer us the choice that we weren't able to find in some of the national chains. Delivery arrived when they said it would, and everything was handled with extreme care. prices were very good also. We would totally recommend this company without hesitation.
I highly recommend Bath Zone Winchester. We have been using this company for many years. You can always rely on an outstanding after sales service. Staff go above and beyond the call of duty to help their customers.
The best measure of a company isn't just the ability to politely and efficiently sell great products but also the ability to react when things don't go quite right. With the Covid lockdown, Bathzone very kindly kept hold of some bathroom furniture through the summer until we could have it fitted but - alas - we only discovered a problem not their fault with one of the items on unboxing it 6 months later. Even though the time that had past had made this more challenging, the guys at Bathzone didn't quibble but reached out to the manufacturer to arrange a replacement which was sorted out very quickly. Aside from the excellent service, this local company has friendly, expert staff, a large showroom with plenty of design options from quality manufacturers and offers competitive pricing. Do check them out.
Great service on more than one occasion. I have always dealt with Lee and, on my recommendation, have members of my family and friends. His product knowledge is excellent, the range they offer caters for all budgets and the price offered is very competetative. Lee always went above and beyond to ensure that I got the right products at the right price delivered to my door. Whenever there has been a minor issue with the products they he has worked efficiently to resolve the problem to my satisfaction and without hesitation. My family and friends experiences have been just as excellent - we can all highly recommended Bathzone and in particular Lee!
Bath Zone recently supplied us with an entire bathroom suite, including wall and floor tiling and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. We have a small and very awkwardly shaped bathroom, which required a lot of tweaking of plans and back and forth, but the team there were so helpful with their suggestions and recommendations. I'm sure I was hugely annoying with my constant questions, but as these guys really do know their stuff, I was reassured at every turn. The delivery went smoothly and the aftercare has also been second to none. We had a couple of issues with the fitters NOT fitters that were recommended by Bath Zone, I hasten to add, but if there were things I was unsure of, I was able to give them a quick call, email or pop in and they were super helpful. The fitters also managed to break a couple of the smaller items, but again, Bath Zone came through for me and were able to easily arrange replacements for me: there was even one item that was only available as part of a set according to all suppliers that we and the fitters spoke to, but Bath Zone were able to source the piece individually for us within a matter of days. Excellent service, excellent products and woudl definitely recommend them. The bathroom looks brilliant.
We updated our family bathroom and the downstairs cloakroom. They were extremely helpful in helping us to decide what to have, and gave us computer generated pictures so we would see what the finished rooms would look like. We were very impressed with the vast selection of items to choose from and everything was exceptional quality. Nothing was too much trouble and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
Good on the selling side but when faults occurred they did not want to know, trying to hide behind manufacturer warranty terms. Did not seem to have any idea of their obligations under consumer law. Safer to go somewhere else where they will abide properly by consumer law requirements. Even when I spoke to a Director, he did not seem to have any idea about consumer law obligations.
Staff didn't seem interested and appeared to have better things to do, even though the place was practically empty...
