Newly refurbished, the apartment can sleep up to six in three double bedrooms, each with twin or superking double beds. A cot can be provided for babies at no extra charge.
Perfectly located above a Delicatessen and fresh-coffee house, the hustle and bustle of the World Heritage City of Bath is literally outside the main entrance…a couple of steps and you’re at the Jane Austen museum, the Assembly room, The Kings’s Circus and the Royal Crescent, with the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the Pump Rooms no more than a short stroll away through the main shopping streets of this beautiful city.
Parking (on-street in the resident zones) for one car is complimentary for the duration of your stay and the facility to park a second car can be arranged at a small cost (currently £9 per 24 hrs).

This apartment occupies the third and fourth floors of a 17th Century Georgian building, with the roof terrace above. If you have mobility restrictions, please bear that in mind. The entrance staircase is grand and wide and shared only by one neighbour and a small office, so buggies or other heavy items can be left securely in the entrance hall if preferred.
Guests at the Bath Roof Terrace Apartment will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen made from solid African Oak with natural slate surfaces. All appliances are finished in stainless steel and of excellent quality.
The kitchen/dining room is open-plan and has a solid Oak table seating up to six people looking out, through a large sash window, over Bath’s rooftops.
The lounge flows from the dining area and has two large sash windows overlooking George Street at the front which is one of the most beautiful streets in Bath, lined with independent shops and cafes. It has two leather sofas, a 42 inch Sony ‘smart’ TV and Oak furniture. From the lounge is a study/entrance hall with an Oak Desk.
Also on the first floor is a shower room including toilet and sink.
Stairs lead to three double bedrooms, comprising of:
Bedroom 1 (The London Room)
This is the largest of the bedrooms and set at the front of the property. It has two double glazed sash windows that face out over George Street. The bed can be arranged into a ‘super king-size’ or two full-size single beds (please let us know at time of booking). There is also a dressing table, two bedside cabinets, two bedside lamps, clothes’ hanging facilities, a full length mirror, a chair and a hair dryer.
Bedroom 2 (The Range Room)
Set at the front of the property, this double room has a single double glazed sash window overlooking George Street. Set into the wall is an original Victorian Range, 170 Years old. Back in the Victorian times the servants would have occupied the upper and lower portions of the house (where it was coldest). At one time this bedroom would have formed part of the kitchen and living quarters. The bed can be arranged into a ‘super king-size’ or two full-size singles. There is one bedside cabinet, a bedside lamp, clothes’ hanging facilities, a full length mirror, chair and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3 (The Cowboy Room)
Based at the rear of the property, this en-suite room has two sash windows overlooking the whole of Bath, including the Abbey. The en-suite has a bath, separate double shower, sink and toilet and there is an original Victorian (decommissioned) fireplace on one wall. The bed can be arranged into a ‘super king-size’ or two full-size single beds (please let us know at check in). There is one bedside cabinet, a bedside lamp, a built in wardrobe, a full length mirror, chair and a hairdryer.
