I’ve always loved Baskin Robbins ice cream because it always hits the spot but I’m leaving this review because of the amazing service ! That’s what will have me and my family coming back in the future. It was a gujji guy who was on point with his customer service. I accidentally ordered a flavour I didn’t like and he replaced it even though it was my mistake. Delicious flavours, good location, best service so you can’t go wrong. Only little downside is the shop is tiny so you’re a bit squashed if other customers come in but that’s minor I’ll still be back :D

Kids like their ice cream but for me it is less than average compared to other ice cream places in London.

One scoop sundae with cotton candy ice cream, fudge, whipped cream, almond slivers - all topped with a cherry. Simple and hits the spot.

Very nice ice cream; not gelato, but not as rich as Häagen Dazs etc. I've been told it's made in Ireland, using Irish cream - very tasty indeed. They have all sorts of flavours - Pistachio Almond is great...also cherry! This is the only Baskin Robbins in central London.

Today 05.04.2023 day time I was baying ice cream.Staff was excellent very polite and friendly. Thank you from my dog as well

One of the best ice cream

After queuing for a long time I could get two scopes of ice cream vanilla and mango which non of them tasted natural and good, I was tasting powder flavour in them and to make a final signature I found a thick black hair in my ice cream and i was feeling sick after that , hope I haven’t swollen any hair with this ice cream, I put it straight away in a bin !!!

Delicious and fresh ice cream served in innovative and exciting ways that come in many different flavours! I'm keen to try their sundaes and ice cream cake next time. Highly recommended.
