Very professional and down to earth customer service from Lynne at Barratt Homes - Knights View. We had visited a few developments by this point and It was so refreshing to have someone who came across in the way Lynne did; we found it was more like speaking to a familiar family member than a sales person. She gave us all the options and did everything she could for us. 10/10 Customer service and an asset to the company.

We are in the process of Purchasing a property on this development which is not complete yet so I can’t give an oppinion on there Build Quality.nHowever if Simon in sales is to be used as a yard stick I’m sure we will be delighted with the Property.nHe is very professional , Polite & approachable Nothing was too much trouble he explained all aspects of the purchase, The upgrade options & Buying options open to us in a plain, understandable manor .nSuch a pleasure to deal with, He is a credit to himself & an Asset to Barrett Homes!!nWell done & thank you Simon

Called into the site looking for a house that was built, on arrival I found the properties where still under construction. However, due the warm welcome and highly professional sales representative in knights view  Simon I left feeling very positive, with all the information I needed, and just serval days later I was back in the office and had reserved plot!nEveryone at Barrett have been most helpful and have always kept me informed and up to date.

Destroying the local area to build and sell overpriced homes that people in this area cannot afford.
