move in this new home during last year dry season and almost immediately reflected my concern about puddling on turf if wet season arrive. Site team asked for puddle proof in June and made promise of correction if things really went wrong  . December approach and 20 weeks passed. Barratt drag for 3 weeks and after 19 photo proof, decline to shown any proper response. 0 meaningful follow up. I feel being fool about 'presenting your proof' and drag passed the whole dry season. Please new owner made a high mark on NHBS survey only after obtaining a full picture of winter snow and rain.

Just moved in to a new house on this estate and it is fantastic. Quiet and secluded with great views for most houses over the fields.

The experience of purchasing our first house with Barratt Homes has been such a breeze. Previously we had a house fall through due to problems with the seller's documents and an unorganised estate agent. This time round from start to finish there was a solid theme of great communication, organisation and honesty. Deadlines were met right on time and the whole team have been so amazing. We thank everyone from the building site to the top as I still can't believe how easy the process has been. Still feel like I'm dreaming. Special thanks to our sweet sales advisor Elaine who personally went out her way to do kind gestures, such as send us photos of progression as she knew we couldn't visit much due to long distance. I would highly recommend Barratt Homes and the use of their own Solicitor Cleggs shout out to Jane especially who also made this experience a dream. May God continue to bless you all for your kindness, dedication and efffiency.

Be aware that in our experience the sales person didn’t know or have up to date information .... my son viewed a show home , the next day,  paid the £500 deposit, sorted out the relevant paperwork, along with the right to buy details etc ,  instructed his mortgage advisor and solicitor , only to be told on the Sunday next day that the home was not available on the help to buy scheme and will refund his deposit in 14 days ..... very disappointing to say the least ...

Seems nice..  houses are a good set out , some room all the modern coms..  just no garden to swing a cat
