Nice park with multiple open spaces ideal for throwing the ball for the dog. Multiple full sized football pitches, play areas for younger children, adventure playground which is ok, a real hedge maze, basketball court, skate ramp, outdoor gym equipment. Open 24 hours no matter what maps says but carpark closes early. Football on Sundays and quite busy when the sun shines
Lovely park, multiple play areas, a skate park and sports pitches. Has accessible parking and multiple entrances.
Nice little park, had 3 different play areas, a big slide, a skate park, and 2 football pitches and more. Perfect for kids of all ages. No toilet facilities thats why I've only given 4 stars :
Massive park that has improved over time with more facilities and extra care being taken of nature and its wildlife
Nice big well kept tidy park, great for walking your dog, loads to do for the kids. should be a regular warden to look out for people that can't be bothered to clean up after their dogs, I take my dog for a walk there every morning and I haven't seen a warden in years.
Lovely park. 3 different play areas, big field, garden maze, football and basketball area, scooter track and nice walking area. Decent sized car park as well.
Park used to be so peaceful and quiet - but now almost everybody who comes to the park bring there yapping little dogs that scream constantly for as long as they are present - it really is frustrating - it is usually busy with little to sit down or walk alone. Especially when all fields are occupied by people playing football. Nobody really social distances themselves and will walk and stop right next to you when you do sit down - which is pure rudeness and ignorance. All in all, I do NOT recommend this park to anyone - there are far more better and less quieter Parks nearby than this one.
Lovely park on Moat Road just around the corner from us with excellent facilities for football and a goodly number of outdoor exercise machines which we both use to keep fit.
It's a lovely park great play areas lots of space for the kids to run.
We visited the park with our eleven month old granddaughter to take her on the baby swings. The little playground was fenced off to protect from dogs I assume. The play equipment was fine and she had an exciting time on the swings. There are other playground areas too to suit different age ranges. The rose garden and maze looked well kept. Overall the park was tidy and well maintained. We shall visit again.
