Merry Christmas Barnetts, not only was I driving around with unsafe brakes for nearly two years, despite you conducting 2 MOTs and service/safety checks. Now the engine has failed due to a known issue with the Mazda Diesel engine fitted in my CX7. 
My car is now as good as scrap!
Not bad for a car that covered less than 15k miles and cost over £11k less than two years ago??
I will never buy another car from yourselves and steer well clear of Mazda!!
Finally I haven't bothered to contact you re the engine issue as I will probably receive the same reply and customer care as I got with the brakes!!
