Such a great service from this company. I would recommend them 100%. Paul arrived 5 minutes early and this made us feel so much more at ease as it was our first experience with this company and we were anxious incase they did not turn up to pick us up for the airport . Paul was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. We had also booked a return from the airport with the company and we were worried when our return flight was delayed at the destination. However when we finally got to Gatwick, Paul had tracked our flight and was waiting for us. This is going to be the only company I will use in the future and happily recommend to others. First time we've used. Excellent transfers to/from Gatwick with Michael & Andrew.
Very efficient, took all the back roads during rush hour, nice clean car, friendly driver, home in good time. I felt I was undercharged for my journey which is a first but was pleasantly surprised! Will recommend.
Took me to the wrong address, took no ownership of the problem and refused a refund. At least they were punctual.
