We went in for a browsing around no hassle of staff just left us to look in peace brilliant
Fell over a glass table at the entrance to the store and not a single member of their staff came over to see if I was hurt... despite being stood around doing absolutely nothing.
Lovely furniture and very good quality. Pricey but you get what you pay for and you will know it will last.
Poor quality furniture, over priced and does not last. I fear we are paying for their expensive retail units while they supply poor quality "stylish furniture" backed up with poor customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Unique furniture there is no one else like them, its a shame its so bloody expensive. Helpful staff.
Need to improve on their customer service on all fronts. Observe and learn from John Lewis and Fenwick on how to care for a customer regardless of the customer's appearance and credit limit. Barker and stone house Employees come across as being arrogant.
