Went to drop in the parcel, the guy working in there was seriously rude, like I was some alien. He handed me his phone to put in tracking email, and snatched back from my hand. I was stunned and open mouth and he asked me.. anything else in loud tone..and i just left after it no point arguing
Went in to send a parcel through DPD. The man behind the counter was so rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Doesn’t cost anything to be polite, if you don’t like your job go and work somewhere else.nThe shop was also an absolute mess, packaging all over the floor in the aisles.
I went to send and collect a parcel through relay and the guy was terrible, interrupting me when I was telling him my name to collect my parcel, also very rude which he made me put the parcel in the basket which I think is his job. I don't know who hired him but in my opinion he should be fired due to terrible communication, slavery and skills.
If I could give zero stars I wouldnThey have stolen my parcelnAnd many others recently as I can see from other peoples reviewsnHe said he won’t let me have a parcel if I dont pay for shipping worth £10nAvoid this place
Went to post a parcel through relay no others in the area unfortunately, man who served me was so rude, shouted at me to take a photo of my parcel and made no effort at all to be polite.
