Had a last minute visit to Sweet Memory Lane, so last minute infact, that they were already closing up for the day. I was invited in and greeted by happy faces and great service. Sweet Memory Lanes is now immortalised in my Google maps favourites list. See you next time I'm in Ashby!

Fantastic choice of favourite sweets, old and new. Even sells dark chocolate Bounty and Dutch liquorice. Chocolate coffee beans are a favourite and their Christmas boxes are beautiful and great value.

Lovely little sweet shop that brings back childhood memories of sweets I had as a youngster. Would recommend anybody visit this shop for a little treat and a trip down memory lane.

Sweet Memory Lane stocks a huge range of childhood favourites. I am sure that, like me, you will find sweets here that you used to buy with your pocket money and haven't seen for ages.
But there's lots to appeal to all ages.
The astounding range of liquorice is particularly great. Even if you THINK you're not a fan of liquorice you've probably never tasted liquorice in the types and flavours available at Sweet Memory Lane.
Friendly helpful staff too.

A great traditional sweetie shop, with lots of sophisticated items for the grown ups too! The service is fantastic whether online or in the quaint little shop. Fantastic for wedding favours, party bags and for those last minute pressies - chocolate hampers mmmmmmm!!
