Terrible. Had to wait 5 whole weeks to get a reminder for my PIN. I went to their office 5 times, and that didn't seem to stop them from messing up.

Terrible customer service. After 3 weeks I am still waiting for the delivery of a Will from Barclays WillSafe and I can't find anyone to talk to or proactively solve my problem. Awful service at a terrible time.

Inability to solve the problems and unavailability to listen the customers problems with a strong rudeness from the employees. Never felt worse in a bank where the assistant and the availability from the staff should be the first priority. I am an European student currently study in Oxford. My bank card expired couple of days ago and despite the fact that it could blame myself for not having order a new bank card, The woman who served me told me that without a passport I cannot withdrawn from my account. I do not have any passport with me at the moment because this was not require at any step being a European citizens. I only have a national ID (the same one that I have used for opening my bank account) and my driving licence. The woman who served me this morning is saying the only way that I have to withdrawn from my account now is waiting 5 working days when the new card should be deliver to my address. 5 working days is mean that if today is Wednesday I will receive my new bank card next Wednesday. How will I survive one week without accessibility to my bank account? Fortunately I am a student and I have friends who can help me for this week, lending me some money What if I did not?? Embarrassing service. Seriously consider to switch for another bank.
