The staff who work in here are usually lovely but today I had a really horrible experience with one of the rudest men I've ever met. I went to take out some money for my Mum as she couldn't get to the bank and I've done this before and had no problems but today I was served by a man who first of all took away the card although I explained the circumstances and offered to have my Mum call him to explain herself which was bad enough but understandable as I know they have a right to do this but the way he did it was just rude and obnoxious. He basically accused me of stealing the card and then to embarrass me even more got me to enter the pin for the card just so that he could shout at me about knowing someone else's PIN number. I felt like a naughty ten year old in the headmasters office and I came out and burst into tears which may seem like an over reaction but he was literally on the verge of shouting at me which was not only upsetting but also patronising.
