no counter service it has all been replaced by machines which I cannot use due to my disabilities. the staff just walk around with tablets and expect you to discuss your finances with everybody being able to hear what you say when I said I wasn't happy with the service I was told "why don't you take your custom elsewhere then?"

Understaffed and surrounded by useless machines, when will Barclays understand they cannot replace people with technology...with Metro Bank and other forward thinking banks snapping at this bank's hills, it is only a matter of time before we hear the retail unit of this bank being sold off to a bank with managers that understands customer service. I have been with this bank since 1988, it is about time i start to move my business elsewhere.
