Although the staff are very friendly, there is always a long queue with just 1 of the counter staff working at the front desk.

This is probably the worst and most dire branch in Essex. Based on a busy high street yet often only one cashier serving the whole building leading to long uncomfortable waiting for the length of the building taking a painstaking amount of time to serve each customer leading to unnaceptable waiting times to do the simplest of tasks if you are a customer. This is barclays in branch customer service at its worst and I wish barclays would sort this branch out I for one hate having to use it
